BlueOrange becomes the member of the Lithuanian Government securities auctions

On 27 May 2020, AS BlueOrange Bank and the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance signed an agreement whereby the bank becomes a member of the Lithuanian Government securities auctions. Thus, the Bank will provide for a direct access to the market of government securities of Lithuania.
“We highly appreciate the efficient action of the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance in the preparation and signing of the agreement with the bank. The possibility to participate in the auctions of the Lithuanian Government securities will increase the efficiency of the bank`s asset allocation in financial markets, as well as provide new opportunities for our clients and counterparties,” — says Deniss Makedonskis, the Head of Brokerage Department at BlueOrange.
BlueOrange will become the eighth European bank to participate in Lithuanian Government securities auctions. The Bank will formally become a fully-fledged member on 1 June 2020
