Functional innovations within the Internet Bank

To make working with the Baltikums Internet Bank a more pleasant experience, our specialists have released several updates to the system.
"Our mission is to continually develop the Internet Bank, improving its look and feel as well as the feature set, and to make better tools with which our clients can plan expenses and handle cash flows with a greater degree of control,” notes Andrejs Lavrinovičs, head of the Information Systems Development Department at Baltikums Bank.
Besides improvements to the Internet Bank interface, a new feature has been introduced that allows clients to easily apply for a consultation about the Bank’s most popular products. Furthermore, to enhance communication with users, the Internet Bank front page provides a link for sending one’s suggestions on how to make Baltikums Bank services even better.
